The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the above League will be held at the Red Bull, Malmesbury on Monday 26th June 2017 commencing at 8.00pm.
It would be appreciated if all teams were represented.
1) Minutes of the 2016 Annual General Meeting (Copy sent to all captains) 2) Matters Arising 3) Chairman’s Report 4) Vice-Chairman’s Report 5) Fixture Secretary’s Report 6) Secretary / Treasurer’s Report 7) League Website (J Ponting) 8) Election of Officers A) Chairman - B) Vice-Chairman - C) Secretary - D) Fixture Secretary - E) Treasurer 9) Season 2016/2017 10) Any Other Business A) Cancelled games: Should there be a forfeit on the team that cancels? - Any team cancelling/postponing a game will be subject to a four point penatly deduction in the League tables - Cup matches will be subject to a fifteen pin deduction - Any extenuating circumstances can be referred for a binding decision for consideraion by the League Chairman, Secretary and Fixture Secretary - Rules 20 and 25 will still apply. B) Ladies Cup: Due to the lack of entrants at the end of season competition, could this be open to all Ladies in a team, instead of just the current rule of one per team?
The period 7.15 - 8.00 will be set aside for the payment of registration fees for the forthcoming season. Teams must register a minimum of nine players. Would all team captains please ensure that you have marked the boxes for entry into the Knockout and Nomination cups.For convenience and quickness, could all teams paying by cheque see Colin Vizor. For those paying by cash see Chris Brace.The End of Season trophies for 2016/2017 will be presented at 8pm.
